Our Mission
To Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples
Our Vision
To faithfully pursue our God given responsibility to pray for the spiritual climate of our Soul Zone. (That 34 mile radius around Big Rapids)
-That all area Churches will be multiplied
-That there will be a God consciousness in our soul zone
-That God will be the ‘talk’ of the soul zone
-That disciples will be raised up, equipped, and encouraged to demonstrate the faith and power of God in these last days
Our Core Values
We value THE PRESENCE OF GOD above all else.
Revelation 21:3 “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.”
We believe that LOST PEOPLE MATTER TO GOD AND TO US.
Luke 15:7 In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!
We will protect UNITY at all costs.
John 17:23 I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.
Psalm 133:1 How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony!
We believe that EVERY MEMBER IS A MINISTER.
Ephesians 4:16 He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
We will be genuine and AUTHENTIC at all times.
Ephesians 4:22-24 Throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.
We will be INSPIRING with our words and actions.
Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
We will be radically and ridiculously GENEROUS.
Luke 6:37-38 Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven. Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back
Without PRAYER, all our labor is in vain. With God, all things are possible.
Psalm 127:1 Unless the Lord builds a house, the work of the builders is wasted. Unless the Lord protects a city, guarding it with sentries will do no good.
We will HONOR and LOVE each other at all times.
Romans 12:9-13 Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection,[e] and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.
